TO FALL DOESN'T MEAN TO FAIL!!!

 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.---Philippians 4:13

   Have you ever had something you really wanted to accomplish? You prayed and prayed over it. Until you were satisfied it was in the Lord's will for you to achieve your goal. Only to stumble and fall before the goal was met? I can't count the number of times I have failed at something ,whether large or small ,that I knew the Lord had blessed for me to achieve!! I started to think maybe something was wrong with me. I asked myself "If I can do all things through Christ's strength then shouldn't it be easy?". Of course as I grew in life and the Lord I learned that the answer was "No!".

   We, as the flawed humans we are, learn by failing. Babies fall many times before they can walk!! Children stutter many times while learning to talk !! In the larger world view most of history's greatest accomplishments, inventions, and discoveries came about by trial and error !! We learn by failing !! Since God sees the whole picture of our lives not just this moment he knows what we need to learn and when we need to learn it !! Maybe that goal we are striving so hard to achieve should be really easy for us, but there are lessons to be learned that we can use down the road to achieve even greater goals . The Lord sees this and what we need . So we fall !! We also learn and failure is NEVER final if we begin again with God !! He is always there to help us get back up and try again!!

   Through it all Christ IS strengthening us !! He is always there !! Never putting more on us than we can handle!! Teaching us lessons when we fail !! So when accomplish our goals we are ready for the next challenge that life brings !! We can't erase yesterday, but we can learn from it !! When we live our life in the Lord, we will always do better today and tomorrow !! When we realize we CAN do all things THROUGH CHRIST which strengtheneth us !!!
